FINDS classifies discrimination and hate speech as content that discriminates against a person or group of people based on their protected characteristics. These include:

FINDS prohibits any behaviour that discriminates against other users. This includes:

At FINDS we pledge to create tools and experiences that allow you to be you without fear of online hate or discrimination.
We also encourage our users to alert FINDS to any abusive behaviour as soon as you see it. The safest way of dealing with offending accounts is to tell FINDS, rather than contacting the account yourself. You will be able to flag the user in the app, or you can contact us via email, social, Geneva or our help centre. We will deal with any issues quickly and effectively.
