Part of keeping you safe on FINDS means keeping your money safe. We know scams can pose a big problem on other sites, and are working hard to eliminate any possibility of our users encountering this.

• FINDS is launching with a buyer and seller guarantee. To qualify for this, always buy and sell in the FINDS app. This way we can help out if anything goes wrong.
• Only use FINDS' messaging system to talk to buyers and sellers. Arranging to exchange goods in person, or sharing personal information outside of FINDS' payment system undermines your safety.
• To help keep you safe, FINDS will monitor the app to ensure information is not shared inappropriately.

At FINDS we are aware of a number of scam schemes on other sites. We encourage all users to alert us to any new scams they become aware of, so we can take steps to prevent scammers on FINDS.
