COVID-19 for Sellers
We know COVID-19 has made running a small business more difficult. At FINDS, we promise to support our sellers as much as we can. Safety comes first.
- Safety when shipping. FINDS supports shipping through Hermes and Royal Mail. We’ll update you with new guidance provided by Royal Mail and Hermes.
- Safety when handling stock. We will share updates in our help centre to reflect any changes in government advice. All secondhand items must be cleaned according to the manufacturer's instructions before being listed for sale.
COVID-19 for Buyers
Being able to shop online from your phone is a great way to support small businesses and connect to others remotely. We are taking extra steps to keep buyers safe.
- Safety in deliveries. We advise setting your delivery dress to your own home to avoid unnecessary travel. Be aware that shipping may take longer than usual.
- Buying safely. As a rule, all secondhand items must be cleaned according to the manufacturer's instructions before being listed for sale. We allow users to sell handmade fabric masks on FINDS. However, FINDS will remove listings that sell medical equipment as we cannot ensure these are medical grade.
